    I keep a list on my phone. Even if I forget to update it, it has all the old items which is usually enough to help remember

      Lmfao I usually text the list to the wife before I go so I can go and look at it when I obviously forget (or if I’m really lazy I’ll ask her to send it to me haha)

      Yeah, I have an app that I can tick items off on. Of course, then the issue is remembering to add it to the list, if it isn’t something obvious like milk.

    The best is when you fight about it all for half an hour, storm out the door, go to the store, walk inside, stand in the aisle and realize you have absolutely no clue why you came here in the first place … you were so caught up in fighting, you forgot the reason why.

    So you grab a cart to look like you’re doing something and slowly wander around for an hour trying to remember what you needed.

    9/10 times, I eventually remember
