The i4 is a great car. The new i3 (and iX3) being released this year is going to be a huge leap forward.
Article seems to say their sales/dealerships are good at sales instead of the car being better than competitors. Is it just a better car?
I have an Audi EV (2023 etron). I bought it over a similarly priced i4. The etron has significantly more cargo room and the cockpit ergonomics were significantly better. I found the doorsill of the i4 too wide. Also, I hit my knee on the steering wheel in the i4 every time I got into the vehicle. I tried repeatedly but couldn’t figure out how to avoid it (lose weight?).
I can’t really speak to customer education, I owned 2 Nissan Leafs prior to the etron, so education would have probably just annoyed me. Also, I bought used because depreciation is insane - I got a nearly new car for half price.
If we’re talking Mercedes – everything but the EQB which is hideous, is over $80k. Next question.
