And keeping all their new employees as “casual” leads to more bullshit where no one can afford to work for a company that says you might get work but if not you can’t do anything else in case we need you at some paint later maybe
That’s when you just get another job and if the company calls you when youneed to be at the other job you say “too bad I’m busy with my other job I was forced to get because you wouldn’t give me hours when I needed them. No can do, see you at my next scheduled shift”
