I don’t know the availability/pricing of stuff up there, but Vortex scopes are usually an economic balance of price and performance.

You might consider a bipod, but this adds frontal weight and might not be useful in all scenarios. Learn to shoot off of bags, rocks, trees, etc.

Also, while the themed paint job is cool, I might recommend that you paint it in more earthy colors that match where you live. You know, so the paper targets don’t see you.
