I like the metaphor you employed for casual conversation, just surprised that it was badminton and not tennis, volleyball, or ping pong. Anytime I hear badminton, I can’t help but think of the Disney Robin Hood.

The Vulcans might be a little stereotypical, but I definitely have a 0 or 100 option on emotions, and I don’t always get the emotional attachments others have to objects, for example. I understand it intellectually, but I don’t care about any things. I have historically kept some keepsakes, but I’ve moved continents and abandoned all of them (with glee, actually).
