Personally I rank Tommy Boy a little higher than Emperor’s New Groove.
Same thing happened to the film Muholland Drive. It was supposed to be a tv show, and David Lynch took the footage did a couple of reshoots and made an epic movie out of it.
Now I’m feeling really uncultured for not having seen this.
It’s easily the funniest Disney movie, and honestly, it’s one of the funniest movies period.
