I take 3 things daily in the morning. A selective for-vegans multi-vitamin (VEG 1, produced by The Vegan Society in the UK). Ground chia seeds for omega-3. And I drink 1.5 cups of (chocolate-flavoured) soy milk, mostly for the protein, which happens to be fortified
I don’t regularly take any supplements. I make sure I choose B12 enriched options (eg, make sure I get the enriched nooch instead of plain) and every few years I panic and take a bunch of a liquid supplement or something. I don’t get my blood tested but like, I’m still alive…
