There is a faint pattern of tracks leaving. Ground temperature is too high to support ice but air temp is sufficiently cold if ice is suspended by thickness or a layer formed when snow fell faster than the melting rate. Snow is falling at too slow of a rate to accumulate and overcome the wet ground. The vehicle tires did not fully melt the snow like the person’s shoes, which is the largest anomaly… I think
With the new AI Photoshop, it will be harder to use this technique to find fakes. Instead you’ll have to notice that the snow has six fingers on it’s second left hand.

In general it’s hard to really tell anything because the image has been compressed to hell, which is really a red flag all by itself
