Are there any new developments with the UAP hearings? Have we made any progress? Kicked down any doors? I assumed it just fizzled out and we would never get answers.
It’s been an incredibly slow churn to progress.
The most noteworthy thing at yesterday’s hearing was a report on a Unclassified secret access program - Immaculate constellations which outlines types of UAPs and their behavior. The problem is it’s brought in via an unverified source, either current or former member of the DoD. Also it’s improperly formatted for a DoD doc. But that can possibly be explained via them editing it for public use. Otherwise it was mostly just what’s already been known just told under oath in an official context. It also has a much greater emphasis on USOs(underwater UAPs).
The most interesting and ironclad to come from everything so far has been Schumer’s Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Disclosure Act of 2024 (UAPDA) which is attempting to get passed with the NDAA (Annual defense act). In the act it lays out the groundwork for UAPs existence and that the government is in charge of both reconnaissance and recovery of them, and most of the secrets are held behind the Department of Energy.
A lot of Chuck Schumer’s comments and amendments play relatively safe though saying “if this exists” then here’s a law. But there was also a lot of work put into a 2023 UAPDA with that NDAA and actually got shot down by Republican military industrial complex lackeys so take from that as you will.
The 2023 amendment was fought over heavily because it required a return of all classified uap biological materials and non biologics to be returned to the US government from private contractors. Which is another big bullet point.
I think the most news we’ll get soon is whether the 2024 version of the UAPDA is included in the NDAA this year.
They’re still knocking on doors and slowly getting some to open. Since the last hearings, it seems like a few more whistleblowers have come out as well as more support from officials within to speak on it.
I can kind of understand how this is all behind a ton of red tape and some things can’t be said for national security reasons. But the committee seems to be very interested and dedicated on getting more disclosure and opening up records to the budgets used up for these secret programs.
I will say that everyone testifying assured that they knew UAP and NHI exists, and a few small hints were dropped during this hearing that can help us infer what exactly we might be dealing with. One example is when Rep. Luna was speaking and asked if Mr. Elizondo would agree if they craft “are piloted by some mind-body connection”, to which he said that “…they are being intelligently controlled… in some cases seem to anticipate our maneuvers”, which is super interesting to think about.
(Just my theory here, but maybe some craft exist within a flux of time and space which allows them to react in “bullet time” or phase in and out of time/space while connecting to the observers mind too.)
Also in regards to the report by Shellenberger about Project Immaculate Constellation, reports of the UAPs seem to be followed with things like “shared awareness with the triangle craft.” Excuse me?!
All of this is on record and will hopefully work towards full disclosure about what’s out there, even if they omit how they know or what they’ve learned because of reverse engineering that maybe have occurred.
I mean, for “national security reasons” is right, if not “international security” reasons.
From the opposite end of the spectrum, as an outside perspective looking in, and having full knowledge of what’s going on, the governments of the [Earth] are doing their best with regards to cataloguing these “phenomena” in a rational way that makes sense to them and making use of any technology they have discovered/recovered.
The scanning probes come in different shapes and are designed to ascertain characteristics about various machinery and bits of technology, they are not necessarily “intelligently controlled”, so much as the firmware reacts to movements 1:1 in order to accurately record data on the capabilities of various devices, such as fighter jets of Terran nations (acceleration, vectoring, profiles, etc).
The other probes do routine geological and atmospheric/water based surveys, checking hotspots on the planet against prior records.
Even if we try to explain that we’re not interested in taking anything from the planet or interfering in any way, Jim Bob Jones will go: “Ye abducted and fingered muh cow/daughter/dog, yur all preparin to invade to steel our chees wheels!”
No – we’re doing routine survey science on planetary bodies. Yours just happens to be interesting due to multiple isolated biomes coexisting and simultaneously inhabited by a species of cognizant upright great hairless apes. Imagine studying the movements and properties of deep ocean animals and then being accused that you’re going to blast them with weapons from your observation helicopter/submarine. It makes no sense, so we don’t really even bother addressing the concerns and let the sentient inhabitants of the planet think whatever they want.
