Yes, I wish that more Americans would have chosen to vote in 2020 and 2022 so that we could have reformed the SCOTUS as well as you do. A POTUS cannot do that as it requires new laws.
Watch Trump strike down this fee on his first day with an executive order. Why did Biden take so long to implement these? He had the mandate in 2022.
