That’s fair. It’s quite difficult to get whole communities of people move to another platform. I still miss the RuneScape (art) community that was on Twitter. That’s really the only thing I miss about the site though, so can’t say I regret leaving.
Happens all the time for me. It’s such a stupid design decision to put it up there (or maybe it’s on purpose?)

a lot of my friends are still on twitter and the community we have is quite nice and supportive.

yeah i literally met my boyfriend through twitter, i’m not leaving anytime soon. I’m also using masto and bluesky though.
you already have masto and bsky though? Why do you keep giving money and visits/engagement to Elon Fuckface?

then get your friends to move to mastodon, and/or wait for bsky invites to give to them, or tell them to sign up for bsky.
