Putting energy into recreation is a good thing, a necessary thing.

The issue is that when I have a lot of good energy it means I’m actually able to do, and enjoy, fun things, where normally I might be unable.
It’s not an issue. The problem is that we are wasting our good energy working countless hours just to survive.
