The Israeli government was given intelligence that the Oct 7th attack was going to happen by their own agencies as well as foreign ones. They chose not to take it seriously. At best, they’re incompetent. At worst, they’re complicit.

And why are you bringing up what Hamas did or didn’t do? We were talking about the atrocities Israel is committing.

They definitely slipped up, that’s for sure. But so suggest that they were complicit - that they allowed 10/7 to happen on purpose - is just insane. Like you’re actually mentally ill.

How about you hold off on the personal attacks, huh? I didn’t say anything over all the stupid tone deaf shit you’ve said ranging from genocide denial to trying to justifying a year of some of the worst human rights violations most people have seen.

Slip up or not (and this was a very big slip up). It’s clear Netanyahu and his cronies are using this conflict to further their own agenda of expanding their little colony and stop him from being convicted like he was supposed to be right before the attack. How convenient for him and all those settler groups.

It wasn’t meant as a personal attack. Claiming that Netanyahu intentionally allowed 1200 Israelis to be butchered to so he can justify going to war is some seriously irrational conspiracy shit. That being said, I fully agree that he has handled the war the way he has partly to further his own political agenda. And there was a time when I had serious concerns about it and wondered if Israel was headed down the right path. But given the remarkable successes of the past two months, it looks like it was indeed the right path.

You’re going to look at the tens of thousands of corpses of slaughtered civilians in Palestine and Lebanon and call it a remarkable success? Does the sanctity of human life truly mean that little to you? You seemed to be pretty upset about reports of Israeli civilians being massacred. Is it because the Palestinians and Lebanese are not white that you care so little about them and their welfare? And you have the gall to call me mentally ill?

              They have basically destroyed Hamas.

They are kicking the crap out of Hezbollah.

The Iranian regime is significantly weakened.

Some of the world’s most barbaric terror leaders have been eliminated. Nasrallah is dead. Sinwar is dead.

Remarkable successes. Unfortunately some civilians have paid the price, but that’s what happens in war.

Hamas has highlighted the huge security flaws in the Israeli’s defenses, shown how weak and vulnerable they are, made the IDF soldiers look like a joke, brought the plight of the Palestinians to the front of world headlines, and made the Israeli’s feel vulnerable in their own homes.

Remarkable successes. Unfortunately some civilians have paid the price, but that’s what happens in war.

                How does that sound?
