I sincerely think they should rule him out for the year, as officially as possible, and save the real conversation for the offseason without the pressure.

(The end result should be him retiring because a guy with his history being as reckless as he was on his most recent concussion is a danger to himself.) But save it for the end of the season so he’s as recovered as he’ll be and the people involved can focus on the conversation completely.
