It’s been too long since I’ve last watched DS9, but skimming though the episode summaries, I’m guessing it’s s4e5 “Rejoined”

A Trill scientist (Susanna Thompson), whose host once was married to Dax’s previous host, arrives on Deep Space Nine; the former lovers must decide if they want to resume their relationship and defy the laws of Trill society.

Actually it is season 5 episode 7:

While vacationing on Risa, Worf and Dax meet a group of fundamentalist protesters who claim that the Federation has gone soft.

Just watched this yesterday. Because I am a man of science.

I hate that episode with a passion. Worf just randomly becoming a terrorist with no repercussions is just so extremely stupid.

Agreed completely. I consider it to be DS9’s worst episode. Awful case of character assignation against Worf, and against Jadzia for staying with him.

I really like DS9 but there are a lot of worthy contenders for the worst episode. The one where Sisko renders a whole planet uninhabitable just because one guy pissed him off comes to mind and of course Move Along Home.

Worfs character gets assassinated a lot in TNG and DS9, mainly him being an extremely shitty father…

I just watched an episode where people were arguing. Worf takes a surprising stance and when questioned he says “I can appreciate the power of FAITH”.

I feel like some writers were just trying to make him complex by giving him random qualities.
