It’s an… interesting choice. TBH I don’t see the purpose in Space Marining a .22LR, but hey, if that’s your thing… I’ve spent more on dumber things. LOL.
It’s for bullpup fans. Anything and everything must be bullpup, to some. (I don’t see the need unless I really need something super compact and even then, it would need to be something a little more than a .22LR.)
I don’t hate it. Clean lines, a nice long top rail. The bullpupification seems nice to reduce overall length. Compared to a lot of bodykits, it’s downright eloquent.
I could see it as a handy backpackable rifle. It could be great to keep in a survival kit on long flights over the Canadian wilderness
It’s kinda fun. Got the earlier clamshell conversion. If I was to do it again, I’d just get a 10/22 takedown.
I’ve seen a youth shooter w/ a different bullpup 10/22 kit at a comp before. Seemed to suit her well.
It also would make it easier to strap to a pack to go plinking in the backwoods.
