    That’s actually not the case in America. We have a constitutional amendment for it.

        True, but if you look up relevant case law it more often than not sides with temporary emplacements still being a violation of the 5th amendment when emplaced without due process and just compensation. 🤷‍♂️ The amendments are significantly old, and are meant to be interpreted in modern contexts. You can’t take them at face “this is what is written” value.

      Ohhhhhhhh and? Its not about usa and usa isn’t a normal country for us Europeans. I respectfully dont care about your laws regarding that and i don’t think that such a thing would be unsolvable in your country either. Just paying for it or putting it on public property would be possible.

        True, but I’m just pointing out that you’re being a bit extremist and that it’s a perfectly rational expectation to not host military at one’s quarters, listing the largest example I could. You might disagree with someone, but calling them insane for sharing an opinion that’s literally enshrined as a right for 400+ million people is a tad overboard, no?
