I don’t know why you’re so obsessively in the weeds on this. Numbers do vary depending on the source, but meat farming is unequivocally an ecological disaster.

Of farming specifically, the overwhelming majority of which is used to feed livestock.
you’re clarifying that now, but it’s neither what you said nor supported by the data you provided. further, this claim
just isn’t true. about 1/3 of global crop calories go to livestock, but even those calories are often parts of plants that people can’t or won’t eat.
