What’s possibly problematic is the lack of disclosure. I find SNL’s post about saving for the Disney trip patronizing. Did she save? I doubt it. If I wasn’t blocked I’d ask “what portion of your Disney experience was complementary”?

I believe that, legally, she does need to disclose this under the CRA rules. How does she get away with it
