Not sure how much has changed in this “reloaded” version, but Hitman 3 (or World of Assassination) can already be played on the Index. I haven’t played it much, and the VR controls are a bit jank from what I remember, but I would guess this is just a lower powered port that the Quest can handle.
Quote from the article: XR Games confirmed Hitman 3 VR: Reloaded will introduce dual-wielding for the first time in the series’ history, letting you use two weapons or items simultaneously. Alongside the new art style, Reloaded also promises enhanced environmental interactivity, an overhauled user interface and “improved movement options.”
Unless these were all available in the PC VR version already, I will reiterate the previous commenter’s sentiments. Fuck you Meta, I want to play it on my Index.

It doesn’t sound like a purely cut down version of the game. I get the sense this will have more substantial environment/gameplay changes made than the existing mode, which mostly wraps vr controls over the original game.

Ah Ok then never mind
I‘m curious, do you actually want to play it now or not?
You can already? This is just a port of the game that already exists on PC for the standalone experience.
