    Hmm.

    Iran could make those drones cheaper by removing all the armaments, then just keep sending waves of them at Israel.

    They’ll have to keep spending billions to shoot them down because one might be armed.

    Economic warfare.

      That is a good point. You don’t have to arm all of them. You just have to arm at least one. And then they all have to be shot down because they don’t know which one is the armed one.

        I don’t think arming any is actually necessary. Even if Iran said “none of the drones are armed” can Israel believe them? No, not really.

        Even finding and inspecting the wreckage of a few that weren’t armed isn’t enough, because any of them might be next time.

        Theoretically there should be no casualties too (though the debris and all the expended ammunition had to fall somewhere).

          It’s true that they could be armed next time, but I think not arming any of them would not be the way to go, because if they don’t arm any of them, then the other country might get the idea that they won’t arm them at all and stop shooting them down.
