      It’s a strange one. It makes you wonder about the reeve and councilor who didn’t resign. It could also be problems within the bureaucracy, I guess.

        Look up the Armstrong area. I’d be surprised if a few thousand live there. Chances are this is neighbours feuding, probably the reeve and the one councillor were trying to make them play by the rules, or the opposite.
