Interesting, I didn’t know Manitoba was using paper
In BC we have the services card which looks like this

In the article they show the new sample card as having multiple people on it. How does that work?
You can add spouses and dependents to your card - I’ve never done it, myself.
The paper cards are an absolute nightmare, though, and I look forward to dancing on their grave.
