I don’t think it’s meant in an insulting way, I think the guy really has a long list of identifiable / identified mental issues, and dementia? Yeah, I’ll believe it to be in the realm of possibilities from what I’ve seen.

He’s also a straight up asshole that deserves to burn in hell for eternity, but that is a different issue
