    It’s not going to pass unless someone can make money off it. That’s how legislation works in Conservative circles.

    Liberal, too, to be fair. You can tell when the Liberals really want to do something; they don’t strike a committee to study it for four years.

      Also, beyond the dictionary citation I provided in the previous comment, note that the phrase “Till death do us part” is in the Book of Common Prayer.
