I understand each word, but the sentence makes no sense

This is the kind of NBA drama I crave.
I never thought I’d ever hear this sentence in my life but here we are.
So the security guard slapped her in the face just cause she tapped him on the shoulder ? He hasn’t even played one game in the NBA .
