we have a good one on our phone bill these days… they couldn’t raise the rate on our old (from a carrier they acquired) plan, so they just added a separate ‘fuck you, pay more’ line item instead. it’s supposed to ‘encourage’ us to switch to a current plan–which would cost even more.

lol i just got an sms from my carrier that my bill is somehow NOTHING this month, i have no earthly clue how that works but i’m not gonna question it.
