Question: does anyone wonder if burd friends who are no longer working and are not as big as her might have been hired to scope the internet?
Question: has anyone wondered if fixing the house might have to do with needing to sell fast because after June 25 the capital gains stuff in Canada is getting wild (esp with having 2 homes now). Maybe with one offspring going to uni,one going to hs and her “career” she will find it easier to transition to leave Canada?

Uni is mostly likely free because of Bio dad’s employer.
I hope that poor kid gets the hell out of Guelph.
She would have to sell her house in the next 2 weeks if she wanted to get ahead of the capital gains tax… if she does sell everything she can claim the one-time exemption to save that tax as well.
