This isn’t really true, at least not in the way you mean. Yes, the US and Europe could cut them off, but they would just go elsewhere. Having Israel in Russia’s orbit instead of the western bloc countries would not be a boon to Palestinians.
The international community can’t exactly invade Israel because Israel has nukes.
