I know it ruins the joke to ask, but is this a satire page?
Do people unironically still use the word “woke”?

You people get SUPER BIG MAD when a non-white person is cast in a “white” role, but somehow the other way around is just fine with you.

    You people?

Name some examples, and I’ll tell you why I enjoyed or didn’t enjoy the movie/show. I know there was a big controversy over the cast of “Aloha”, which I didn’t see, and I don’t disagree with the complaints.

I think the all-female version of Ghostbusters was stupid, and yet I loved Miles Morales. I thought episode 5 of Monarch was tripe based on the fact they decided to devote a decent chunk of time to one of the characters lesbian backstory, and it had nothing to do with the plot or her character arc (so far).

I vote Liberal, support gay rights, marriage, adoption, you name it, but I’m stuck in the middle Alberta so my vote doesn’t mean shit. I work in IT and the majority of my co-workers are Indian/Asian and I have zero issues nor have I ever had a reason to complain.

And yet this is why I fucking hate “woke” people. If you don’t agree with 100% of what they say, suddenly you’re one of “those people”.

I mean, you’re the one generalizing about “woke” people, and using the word “woke” seriously pretty much disqualifies you from having an opinion straight-up. That makes you “you people” right off the bat, the people who use “woke” non-ironically.

People like you are why the conservatives continue to win.
