After a transplant you usually have to take meds. Done quite a bit of research…very low risk of side effects. Most common is dick problems but I’m loaded up with SSRIs and it still works so I doubt I would have that side effect. The prescription is not free and I think is like 60 bucks a month the last I looked.

If you are starting to bald, and don’t want to, the easiest option is to get on meds to keep what you already have. If you get side effects then you are SOL i suppose.

You can also do pretty good by changing your diet. Food that promotes circulation. I can cite a youtuber that got his hairline back by eating a fuck ton of watermelon. And I eat a fuck ton of watermelon anyway, maybe that’s why my hairline is still my childhood hairline at age 32. Dad was balding at 25. Poor diet and too many trucker hats.

Transplant costs like 10k CAD in Turkey. Not an insurmountable amount of money IMO. The worst part is your nasty looking head for like a year after the procedure. After the transplant, all that hair will fall out again, and then you have to wait for it to grow back. The process can be quite humiliating as you can imagine as guys are expected to man up and shave their heads, not pay to win like this.

I dunno, I really like having long hair, I take immense pride in having nicer hair than most ladies and I enjoy taking care of it and seeing how long it can grow. I always wondered what a shower feels like with a bald head though! I have never had short hair in my entire life.

Now I want to do some gatekeeping. If you want to play in a metal band on stage, you need long hair, or you have no business being there. Haha.

The rcmp human trafficking website cites that as a reason people go missing

Missing people per capita is higher in BC than anywhere else in Canada. By quite a bit too

Oh you’re american. No, these are not “normal city things” in a first world country lol. There’s barely any city here anyway. BC is almost entirely wilderness. Hard for american brain to comprehend.

It really annoys me how confidently incorrect you are.

Followed highway of tears stories my entire adult life. Never heard of indigenous men going missing even once.

Call me a conspirator all you want but human trafficking is rampant in BC. It’s not just sex related. Young men are probably being kidnapped and forced into labour or harvested for organs. There is plenty of wilderness here to misbehave. Just go 10km out of town and you are in the sticks. It’s almost impossible to find someone who went missing for nefarious reasons here.

Talking about island specific, think about the population here:

    Drunk tourists

People moving here alone because they are depressed and running from their issues

    Transient workers from abroad

It’s ripe for this sort of crime and people think it’s way safer here than it actually is.

The rcmp just say all these men killed themselves but I know my cousin and he did not kill himself. He vanished into thin air.

Dude wasn’t even last spotted over there. Numerous reports of him being last seen in Duncan. This is how much the rcmp cared.

  • I am glad I have not played dota 2 in over 10 years. Nothing in life has ever made me more angry than that game ever did.

My last match was against S4 and Loda. I got shitstomped after queueing 45 minutes for a match because there were no other worthy opponents at our mmr. I uninstalled the game. I just lost to s4 in the mid lane…I finished dota 2. I completed the game.

I lost actual friends playing dota 2 with them competitively. That game is a hard drug. Lol. I played solo offlane on our team too which is probably the most soul crushing role to play at high level. Every single tryhard match for me was me being tortured for the benefit of our carry and it wore on me

Most cringey moment for me. We were close to winning a tight match. The elites were stacked several times for our carry to farm them. I was personally angry at this person that day though, so I decided to farm his saved up stack (I was furion) and threw the game. I never spoke to that guy since. We were classmates in college.

Still proud of myself for reaching that level but it came at a cost of like 8 hours practice per day. I’ve never been that good at something before in my life so kind of cool I guess. I also quit all drugs and alcohol during my dota “career” as losing for me wasn’t an option so I stayed sharp as possible.
