Also, there’s nothing biological about them. They’re not biological entities. They’re artificial. Manufactured.

It’s going to last for a long fuckin time. Years. If we’re lucky.

It’s that classic cars will never pass a modern smog test. They are wildly inefficient, and those inefficiencies manifest in a bunch of wasted gas and bad exhaust.
I think they should probably get a smog tax, like someone else suggested somewhere.

He was here last time the first set of studies were published to try and convince people plant based diets don’t work.

neukenindekeuken@sh.itjust.worksto Greentext@sh.itjust.works•Anon has a problem with Bioshock24·2 days agoThe entire theme of Atlas shrugged is about how capitalist oligarchs are the critical class desperately needed in the world to make any real progress.
That they should be handed unregulated power because they’ll do more with it than the “workers”.
It’s the polar opposite of what you’re describing as the takeaway, and it’s not even subtle or mysterious about it. It repeats that point ad nauseum from about chapter 2 until the end of the book.
So my question to you would be: are you sure you’re thinking of the correct book? If so, it might be time for you to refresh yourself on it because there’s not another interpretation about the point of it. It’s not a hidden meaning or left up to the reader. It literally beats that into the reader during every capitalistic sychophantish chapter.

Nothing I hear from my friends in Canada or Europe say otherwise. They’re all willing to dig in their heels and avoid this country like the plague.
Indefinitely.
Even if we elect (heh, like there’ll be real elections going forward) someone else, this stain will stay with us for generations until people forget or forgive, and that’s going to take time, if it ever happens in our lifetimes.

A healthy diet would still be required. Obesity increases your morbidity rate regardless of whether or not you’re getting gray hair because your telomeres are fraying.
But, correct, if you had a genetic predisposition to a comorbidity, then you may not make it to 199, or whatever age people start dying at when some bad genetics finally catches up to them in the form of cancer (usually).

If we could solve that we’d be effectively immortal from death due to age related issues.
