Well at the moment the revenue is not paying for the school lunches, the text says it will in 2024. I wonder if this will work out, or if the rich will leave as many opponents of rich-taxes often argue.

I just thought, he could also just have said that to hide that he wants to keep her alive to use her power.
Smoker not being shown as one of the nine Vice Admirals on the Marine fleet incoming is worrying to me.
Doesn’t the marine headquarter know that Smoker has shown to be soft towards Luffy a few times? I would find it weird if they send specifically him to attack Luffy. If Smoker appears then I would guess he is hidden on some ship or something like that.
Nice chapter, I’m wondering how they will stop the “Mother Flame”? It’s basically like a Deathstar and with a weapon like this under their control, the rebellions in the One Piece world have no chance, especially if York makes more of them. Maybe Stella-Vegapunk will be essential in finding the weapon’s weakness and destroying the energy source they would need to build more.
Also, was Saturn showing mercy to Bonney because “she is just a child”? This is an interesting statement from two angles: A Gorosei is showing some humanity (???) and additionally I’m wondering if Bonney is really just a child that turned herself into an adult with her powers.
“Mother flame” is the name of the weapon that destroyed Lulusia, and is known for a few chapters. Maybe I’m overlooking something in the chapter, but there was nothing in the chapter that connected this weapon to the technology of the void century? They only said the power station for the “Mother falme” weapon is on Egghead.
I’m wondering why the sea level is rising? Is this a consequence of the destruction of Lulusia?
And we also learned that Mother Flame is not an ancient weapon, but really build by a Vegapunk. I’m wondering if there is maybe some trick for the real Vegapunk to destroy that weapon before it becomes a problem for the revolutionaries.
And their chances with this are relatively high. Their voters only care for owning the lobs and hurting people that are not white christians.
Well I’m interested. I think my main problem could be the gum gum attacks looking too weird. But the gatling in this trailer looked better. Also I like the casting!
I think it’s the same feeling stopping me from watching One Piece a long time ago. Then I also thought the characters look very goofy.
I think this part seems underated: ““Yonkou Straw Hat Luffy” is taking Egghead Island as his stronghold.”
I know that we had to expect Morgan to embelish it, but doesn’t this mean the Straw Hats will not run from Egghead but defend it against Kizaru, Saturn, CP0, the Blackbeard Pirates and potentially the Seraphims? This seems huge.
There were some updates on the spoilers on Reddit + the Raws. Maybe this post could be updated?
Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone
It is somehow my goto “comfort”-movie
I absolutely agree when the person has an incurable physical illness, but I’m unsure where to draw the boundary for people with psychological illnesses.
Respect to the cop who is immediately running towards the car to help.
I was looking it up to see how it looks like for germany, and according to the data I found it would be on the same rank as Australia:
WHR 16
HDI 4
DI 14
GPI 17
WPFI 21
Sum: 72
As this is such a simple way to do it though, these minor points between the top countries do not mean anything. All these countries are safe choices.
Yeah, sure. I think it’s more of an interesting and fun exercise but should not be taken too seriously.
Futurama, Scrubs but if it counts, then number 1 would be the first 6 or so seasons of The Simpsons.
Nice idea, I think a webpage collecting this information to create a top 50 would be really interesting. One question: Where did you find your used ranking of the World Hapiness Report, I found this page but this seems different, eg. Israel is on the 4th place.
You don’t have to be super rich or be a trust-fund baby to travel around the world for months. I find the general estimates for a more frugal world-traveling for a year are $20.000 to $30.000. This is obviously not doable if you really live paycheck to paycheck, but if you have a relatively well-paying job and live very frugal it is not impossible to save this amount of money. Also there is the more irresponsible solution of taking on debt.
For me it’s not like I don’t like music, but there are large stretches of time, where I do not care so much for it. I would guess that I haven’t actively choosen to hear music for weaks, possibly months, now. Obviously excluding the music you can’t avoid, like background music in movies and video games etc.
