Yeah the console is one thing but the Switch 1 game price was my absolute cap. I can’t justify shelling out that much money per game. I will definitely be making a steam deck my next console instead.

This work-around worked for me if anyone else needs it. It’s a bit cumbersome but beats buying a new device. Hopefully Google pushes out a fix.

I may have to switch to something else if they’ve intentionally bricked the chromecast. It definitely won’t be a Google product though if this turns out to be intentional. If anyone has any recommendations, I’m all ears.
