For me I’d go with more women in key management positions. They consider women when making decisions, for example making more parent friendly choices. In my experience it helps with diversity overall, other groups are more likely to occur to a woman.

Depends on the weather. In warm weather I sleep in a bra only (I HATE being without one it’s uncomfortable). In winter it’s long sleeved t shirt style pyjamas, preferably with animals on them.

I change out of them as soon as I wake! Absolutely can’t keep them on I feel flat and disgusting
