Na klar, hier bitte:

Zutaten:

• 140g Butter oder 140g Margarine
• 60g Weißer Zucker
• 60g Brauner Zucker
• 1 Großes Ei oder eine Portion Ei Ersatz auf Süßlupinenmehl-basis
• 180g Mehl
• 1 Teelöffel Backpulver
• 100g Vollmilch Chunks oder Veganes Äquivalent
• 100g Weiße Schokochunks oder Veganes Äquivalent
• 1 Packung Vanille Zucker
• extra Mehl für das Backblech

Anleitung:

1. Schmelze Butter/Margerine in einem Topf und vermenge es mit dem Zucker.
2. Füge Ei und Vanille Zucker dazu und vermische alles gründlich (pass auf wie heiß die Butter Zucker Mischung ist damit du nicht aus Versehen dein Ei kochst).
3. In einer separaten Schüssel mische Mehl und Backpulver.
4. Füge trockene Zutaten sowohl Schokolade mit den nassen Zutaten zusammen, und mische bis es einen weichen Teig ergibt.
5. Lass den Teig für mindestens zwei Stunden im Kühlschrank ruhen.
6. Heize den Ofen auf 180° Celsius/350° Fahrenheit (Heißluft 160° Celsius/320° Fahrenheit) vor.
7. Lege Backpapier auf dein Backblech und bestäuben es gründlich mit Mehl
8. Forme Kugeln welche ungefähr Walnuss Größe sind, und platziere sie auf dem Backblech.
9. Lass die Kekse für 12 Minuten backen.
10. Nachdem du sie aus dem Ofen genommen hast, werden sie vermutlich noch zu weich aussehen, keine Sorge, sie verfestigen sich beim Abkühlen.

Die vegane Variante mit Süßlupinenmehl ist etwas weicher, und ich bevorzuge sie der nicht veganen Variante, der Unterschied ist aber nicht signifikant. Der Teig ist feuchter als normaler Keksteig, deshalb muss das Backblech großzügig mit Mehl bestäubt werden. Die Kekse saugen das Mehl beim Backen auf, daher kann manchmal noch etwas Mehl an den Keksen kleben bleiben, das ändert aber nichts am Geschmack.

Wenn ich mal kurz im Kopf rechne kostet mich ein Kilo meiner Chocolate Chip Cookies ungefähr 6€ in der Produktion. Teuerste ist hierbei zurzeit die Butter, sonst währen es die Vollmilch und Weißen Schokoladen Chunks.

Mastodon is annoyingly gatekeepy too. They are super heavy on content warnings, and tend to not play nice when someone doesn’t respect those unspoken rules.

Also, servers are much more likely to defederate with each other, due to what some perceive as “minor scuffles”.

All in all I understand why people prefer Bluesky over Mastodon, it’s simpler and the search function isn’t borked to hell and back either. Blocking is also incredibly effective on Bluesky, if you block someone neither you nor they will ever see each other’s content again.

You’re the one who pulled baking into it though? I was not required to entertain your baking argument at any point, so why are you acting as if you have the moral high ground?

The argument was simply: Cooking and Gardening are oftentimes chores that fall on women, so it’s kind of interesting to see those as attractive hobbies for men. The last part wasn’t said, but implied, and i hoped people would realize it themselves, but alas now we’re here

Hey I translated the word as it is. If you want to suddenly change the argument from cooking vs baking to recipe books, I don’t see why you’re complaining.

Baking is a chemistry and following an exact recipe unless you’re very good at what you do, cooking is free form and putting a spin on recipes.

It’s not a cookbook either

But lawn mowing would be taking care of the garden if it had grass in it, and would be gardening by extension, that was the crux of the argument.
