Yes, NFC is probably at the top of the phone, charging coil is below the camera island.

4·9 days agoFor old photos, you can easily have half a dozen copies on old HDDs, DVDs, cloud… a few GB maybe? How many photos can be that important?
If you bork your server, those photos are not lost, just harder to access. The Missus can still be upset, just not as much.

Well, setting up an optical movement sensor and using it as an alarm at a remote location through MQTT and Home Assistant is NOT simple communication.
We saw these things in spy movies back in the day.

I guess more means automation, not just two people talking.
Yes, there was(is?) the pivoting display for displaying print media but that’s not great either.
I use EndeavourOS. Both are in the AUR, so it was really simple. (obligatory mention of the greatness of Arch Wiki)
The hardest part was figuring out how to get Waybar to disappear. It was showing below the Noctalia menubar.
Brodie Robertson just made a video about Niri.
So I tried out Noctalia shell.
I just love it. Beautiful, responsive, enough settings in the GUI. I think it’s a keeper.
I went Windows > Xfce > Plasma > Gnome
How old are we talking?
HA! A mini Anatolian peninsula, you say?

4·1 month agoHey there, fellow 40-day-er!
Keep it up some more, it’s supposedly getting better with time.
You have to do something with the time you don’t spend drinking/passed out/hungover. But not old hobbies or such. That’s too hard. Think something simple. Try walking. Try reading (walk to the library?). Binge watch The Witcher. Whatever gets you through the day.

Medical data is supposed to be the most sensitive. But people just don’t understand this. Maybe they would put it on social media, too, if someone told them to.

I had Pixels for me and spouse. Bot had poor screens (broken / white lines). Now we have Moto phones. I would love to have Graphene on the next one.
