One of my favourites and fits the theme. Possibly too loud for a sleep playlist because of the lets player clips but it’s so good.
Also related but doesn’t fit the criteria, anything by Displaced Gamers or Retro Game Mechanics Explained. Might not be interesting if you don’t enjoy hearing about the underlying code of games, but very consistent in noise level and I’ve fallen asleep to their content many times.
