As long as you make a proper fruity drink with that stuff, (1 oz of pure ethanol would be equivalent to almost 3×1 oz shots of a standard vodka) and you’d have a banging Sex on the Beach, Long Island Iced Tea, Kamikaze, Vulcan Mind Probe, or many other mixed drinks.
I’m sure there’s a way to extract the ethanol. That’s drinkable at least.
