      In reality anything that is a benefit to the worker is more often an unrealised by product of something that benefits the company.

      Worse yet, sometimes companies will shoot themselves in the foot and not do something which benefits both the workers and the company, because they don’t want the workers getting any ideas about being people with rights. Eg. Working remotely

      I think the idealogy of neoliberalism has succeeded quite admirably in duping the population into believing that it shares with corporations the same interests, erasing almost all collective consciousness of class struggle.
