Clicking "agree" on an app's terms and conditions without actually reading through them is common, but in McDonald's case, you might want to double-check.

      they didn’t waive all rights, but would force plaintiffs to go through arbitration instead

    The app has really good deals, but McDonald’s is additional, unnecessary spending so… I guess I have no issues with deleting it. I checked and just got the update, too.
