Basically, what your boss does (current or former) that you would call coercion. Things like serving food that is prepared in an unsafe manner, making you break laws with regard to environmental protection. Basically making you do things not by the book. Any other interpretation of the question is also fine :) Also things tha wouldn’t fly if the workers wore the pants also applies.

Too many things to even count. Telling me to sand an asbestos floor without telling me it was asbestos was pretty bad. Doing epoxy floors without a respirator. Or concrete, or lead paint… Hvac guy wanted me to dump refrigerant onto the ground in the woods instead of disposing of it. Just so many unsafe things when I was too young to know any better. Working unpaid hours or not getting paid for overtime to be a team player like everyone else.

Saw a guy get fired at the company Christmas party once. He didnt wake up from a routine surgery and was in in coma for 3 months, he showed up to the party in his Sunday best as an “I’m back” kinda thing. They said he wasn’t strong enough to do the work he used to do and offered him a $5/hr paycut thinking he wouldn’t take it. He said he’d take the paycut so they fired him. I’ve seen a lot of people get fired or miss raises because of health problems.
