I met a girl who said she went to a Rainbow Family gathering and ended up trafficked in the Guatemalan jungle.
I also met a guy who said he was suing University of Colorado to refund his chemistry degree after the Rainbow family fired him for being keeping his lab too clean. (this guy was visibly insane)
I am a hippie. I hate when hierarchical cult gangsters drag my culture through the mud, and Rainbow Family is a recruiting ground for cults. It is still worth going, just don’t join any cults!

Yeah I heard too many stories about the gathering to disbelieve, well, what. I personally believe a lot of it, the horrible shit, but I can’t litigate that here. It all sounds insane, because it is. But it’s also very chill. Way too many random people involved for it to be its own cult.
