I don’t think anyone here ‘wants what she has’ since she doesn’t seem to have anything that really matters. She has a lot of material wealth but seems to lack any long-lasting friendships. Her relationships all appear transactional. She’s just ended her second marriage. That’s not something most people want. She seems to lack any real curiosity about the world or anything meaningful. Her life seems very empty to me. She’s spending her time chasing fame without any real talent. I would rather not spend my days taking picture of myself in my underwear and preach about wearing bikinis like that’s the most important thing.
