I had the same concern that I voiced in a different post, but apparently many EBT accepters waive the fees for their service.
That said, I’m sure there’s still some creep somewhere, likely tips. If Uber does that in the first place, lol
Uber Eats barely pays it’s drivers enough to cover operating expenses. Virtually all of a driver’s net income is from tips.
Most UE drivers won’t even accept grocery orders because they take more time, effort, and pay less than fast food.
Even without the fees things via these services are usually marked up vs the grocery store.
