This is one of my most replayed studio performances, but that’s not why I’m sharing it.

I’m sharing it because it’s a live performance I seem to like much more than the album version, which I’ve only seldom listened to. The band added nuance while also making the song more accessible and yet not crowded.

I dare say that I don’t think Partridge would’ve ever stood out to me if I didn’t hear this live version!
