Reality: Picture of Brett Kavanaugh who, despite credible accusations of sexual assault, was confirmed to the Supreme Court. What’s the worst that could happen?
Can we, maybe, start asking, “what is the best that could happen?” And aim in that direction, instead.
The best that could happen right now for SCOTUS is we put a bunch more on the court, the super shitty ones (6 right?) die a natural death or they get charged for a murder or something that they actually committed. Our odds aren’t great, the new shitty ones are super young and one of them obviously committed gang rape, so murder might not even cut it.
Really? I seem to remember it involving more tears and blubbering and conduct generally unbefitting a Supreme Court nominee.
Seriously. I’ve fired clients for acting that way.
It’d be hilarious if it weren’t so actively harmful how the party that gave us right-to-work laws and no-cause termination is the same party that refuses to fire people for extremely fireable behavior.
Goes to show how they have no consistent principles, only the naked pursuit of personal profit at all costs.
He looks like he just finished playing devil’s triangle, which is a game played with quarters and evidently so exciting that you’d commemorate the occasion by writing it on a calendar, and definitely not a threesome with two men.
This frat bro with all the buddies with silly nicknames, he’s essentially Andy Bernard from the office if he had become a supreme Court Justice
Do you drink beer, senator?
🥹😭🤤
Punchable face.
This actually happened
'The California professor who testified that then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh had assaulted her while they were in high school has written a memoir,” the AP reports.
“Christine Blasey’s Ford’s One Way Back is scheduled for publication next March.”
According to St. Martin’s Press, she will share “riveting new details about the lead-up” to her testimony in 2018; “its overwhelming aftermath,” when she allegedly received death threats and was unable to live at her home; and “how people unknown to her around the world restored her faith in humanity.”
