    Spot on. It’s soooo important to strength train, moderate movement and high protein/fiber while on GLP-1. THE HEART IS A MUSCLE!!! I seriously doubt she is doing any of those things.

      She’s about to hit perimenopause. When muscles and bones start to decrease, noticeably. Add in her previous ED and damage that caused to her body. Any rapid weight loss, whether it’s prescription assisted or her old ways, can easily crumble her, if not kill her. Cardiac arrest is a real threat.
