    Can’t say I’m surprised. The evidence that’s publicly known was damning, and the retrial was based on a really narrow section of the state’s case, so they didn’t lose any ground that would matter in terms of what most people would use to reject the case beyond a reasonable doubt. Might have led to a longer deliberation, but from what I’ve seen/heard you can’t predict that anyway
