Can’t tell if these are the teeniest little horns ever or if this is just leaves or something from the tree.

Either way, it’s adorable! Great photos!

        Magnificent!

Now I regret not visiting the one at work on my way out.

I was relieved to get away from the songbirds. It was my first day with them. If ever an activity could be both extremely relaxing and rewarding, but also hectic and frustrating, that was how that was.

I did get to meet some very cool birds though! These are the only ones I stopped to take pics of. Literally as soon as they’re all fed, you start all over again, and that’s pretty much all day until they grow up enough. 😦

I’m not sure how old the lady cardinal was or why she was in there. She looked good, so I didn’t spend much time on her. She looked much more adult and could seem to fly, but she was pretty jumpy and I didn’t want to stress her out.

Bluejay was a juvie still, but a big chonk. The ones we got at end of shift were tiny ones. I fed 2 of them a little bit, but the rest were too sleepy.

Whoops lol. That happens to me a lot with the smaller birds I try to get pictures of.
